Applicant’s path

To enroll in a residency program, candidates must have a higher medical and/or higher pharmaceutical education. Admission takes into account the qualification requirements for medical and pharmaceutical professionals established by the Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated May 2, 2023, No. 206n, “On the Approval of Qualification Requirements for Medical and Pharmaceutical Professionals with Higher Education” (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on June 1, 2023, registration No. 73677, as amended by the Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated February 19, 2024, No. 72n).

Applicants must submit a document confirming their education and qualifications, as well as a document (or documents) verifying their identity and citizenship.

A foreign education document must be submitted with a certificate of recognition of foreign education, except in cases where such a certificate is not required.

The application for admission must be submitted in Russian, and documents in a foreign language must be accompanied by a Russian translation certified in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Documents obtained in a foreign country must be legalized in accordance with Russian legislation or bear an apostille, unless legalization or apostille certification is not required under Russian law or an international agreement.


ADMISSION DATES 

Foreign citizens and stateless persons who enroll to study within the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation do not pass the entrance test at RUDN University (they do not take the entrance exam). 

The acceptance of documents required for admission from foreign citizens applying for training on the basis of contracts for the provision of paid educational services begins on June 01, 2026 and ends on July 24, 2026. 

Entrance tests: from June 08, 2026 to July 31, 2026

The documents required for admission are submitted (sent) to the University in electronic form via the University's electronic information system or by e-mail residency@rudn.ru , or personally at the address: Moscow, Miklukho-Maklaya str., 10, p. 2, office 46.
