Testing
The competitive selection of foreign citizens and stateless persons to study under contracts for the provision of paid educational services is based on the results of an entrance examination in the form of testing.
The university sets a minimum number of points confirming successful completion of the test – 70 points.

For applicants who have completed the development of higher medical and (or) higher pharmaceutical education programs in accordance with the federal state educational standards of higher education in the year of admission, the results of testing conducted as part of the primary accreditation of a specialist are taken into account as test results.
At the request of an applicant who has completed the development of the basic educational program of higher education earlier than the year of admission, the following can be taken into account as test results.:

• the results of the test completed in the year preceding the year of admission;
• the results of testing within the framework of the primary accreditation of a specialist completed in the year preceding the year of admission.

Individual achievements
Applicants have the right to provide information about their individual achievements. The results of individual achievements are taken into account by awarding points for individual achievements based on the following criteria:
a) the average score based on the results of studies at the previous level of education is at least 4 - 20 points
b) the presence of general work experience in positions of medical and (or) pharmaceutical workers, confirmed in accordance with the established procedure for 9 months or more - 20 points
c) the presence of a certificate of proficiency in the Russian language - 5 points
d) achievements in educational and social activities, certificates, diplomas, etc. - 5 points
