• Scanned copy of the international passport with a notarised Russian translation, valid for at least 18 months from the date of admission to the University PDF
• Scanned copy of the document confirming the previous level of education (Master's or Specialist diploma) with its supplement (transcript of grades) - with a notarised Russian translation - if required PDF
• Scanned copy of the Bachelor's diploma with its supplement (transcript of grades) - with a notarised Russian translation - if required PDF
• Apostille / legalisation of the document confirming the previous level of education (certificate / diploma) with its supplement (transcript of grades) - if required
• Copies of documents required for the portfolio: a draft plan of the proposed dissertation research in the selected scientific specialisation (abstract), individual achievements in research activities in the selected or related scientific specialisation, and a list of published articles PDF
• Document confirming proficiency in the language of instruction of the selected PhD programme - if available
• General medical certificate confirming no contraindications for studying in the Russian Federation (valid for no more than 12 months) - with a notarized translation into Russian - if required PDF
• HIV/AIDS medical certificate (valid for no more than 12 months) - with a notarized translation into Russian - if required PDF
• Scanned copy of the migration card (if in the Russian Federation) PDF
• Scanned copy of registration (if in the Russian Federation) PDF
• Scanned copy of visa (if in the Russian Federation) PDF
• Photo (3×4 cm)
