List of Portfolio Components and Evaluation Criteria for Admission to Postgraduate (PhD) Programs for the 2026/27 Academic Year

	- GPA – 3,5-3,9	5 points
3	Individual achievements in research activities in the selected or related scientific field:	Up to 25 points
	Patent / certificate of invention / utility model / computer program registration / database registration	5 points
	Publication in a scientific journal or proceedings indexed in the RSCI / Web of Science / Scopus databases	10 points
	Publication in a scientific journal included in the HAC list, or a research paper published in proceedings indexed in the RSCI database	5 points
	Participation in a research project as a project team member	5 points
4	Certificate confirming the level of proficiency in the language in which the postgraduate program is delivered	5 points

Applicants shall submit originals/copies or electronic copies of documents confirming their portfolio scores (for international applicants, with certified translations into Russian, duly notarized).

For admission of international citizens and stateless people to postgraduate programs on a fee‑paying basis, the University sets a maximum score of 100 points and a minimum score of 30 points for each entrance examination.
