Competitive Selection for Foreign Citizens
Foreign citizens and stateless persons applying for tuition-based education contracts are selected based on the results of an entrance examination in the form of a portfolio competition.
The university establishes the following portfolio elements and evaluation criteria:

3. Language proficiency certificate – 10 points
4. Participation in competitions/olympiads for foreign citizens (only one status is considered):
